Shipping and returns

Where we ship

We send orders from Palestine to buyers around the world, including the United States.

Shipping cost and delivery time

Shipping depends on the size and weight of your order and on your country. When you send your cart on WhatsApp, we reply with the shipping cost and how long delivery takes, before you pay.

Import duty and taxes

Since August 2025 the United States no longer lets parcels under $800 in duty-free, so US orders may be charged import duty on delivery. Other countries may charge duty or taxes too. If you are unsure, ask us before you order.

Food and body care

US rules are stricter for food and body care products, such as za’atar, spices, olive oil and soaps. If you are ordering these to the United States, please ask us on WhatsApp first.

Returns

Our returns policy is being finalized. If you have a question about returns, please ask us on WhatsApp before you order.
