How do I order?
Add the pieces you like to your cart and tap Send order on WhatsApp. Your cart arrives in our WhatsApp as a message. We reply with the shipping cost, your total and how to pay.
How do I pay?
When we confirm your order on WhatsApp, we tell you how to pay. We never ask for card numbers on this website.
How much is shipping?
It depends on the size and weight of your order and on your country. We tell you the shipping cost on WhatsApp before you pay.
Do you ship to my country?
We send orders from Palestine to buyers around the world, including the United States. Ask us on WhatsApp about your country.
Will I pay import duty?
Since August 2025 the United States no longer lets parcels under $800 in duty-free, so US orders may be charged import duty on delivery. Other countries may charge duty or taxes too.
What size is each piece?
Each product page shows the size in inches and centimeters. A few products, such as bracelets and soaps, have no size in our catalog. Ask us if you need it.
Do the photos show the real products?
The photos show each design. Natural materials such as olivewood vary from piece to piece, so yours may look a little different.
Can I change my order?
Nothing is final until we confirm your order on WhatsApp and you pay, so you can change your cart until then.
Is my information safe?
Your cart is saved only in your own browser. Nothing is sent to us until you send your order on WhatsApp.
